We’ve managed to achieve all goals that we had, coming to participate in this exhibition. It was our first exhibition in a new status. First of all, we wanted to present ourselves to the specialists and to claim ourselves in Ukraine. And this goal has been achieved in full. As for the visitors – they were mainly professionals, interested in cooperation.

We presented French company Group GM. It has been presented leading brands for hotels and trading networks at the European market for 30 years already. We are exclusive representatives of this company in Ukraine. Now we will be able to promote our production actively, and hotels will get everything necessary to serve the clients properly.

This year the exhibition was quite an unordinary one. There were very little visitors, who came here just “to have a walk”. All our stand visitors were professionals, to communicate with whom we actually participate. They were mainly our clients, whom we know very well and have been fruitfully working with them for a long time. We have gathered them together and discussed our plans for the future. And the exhibition was that very tool, which helped us to do this. Now the market development is not so dynamic. But in spite of it, this year we are even more satisfied with the exhibition, than with the previous one.

Participating in the Fair we would like to find out how much the crisis year influenced the situation at the market and make forecast for the next year.  Gathered information will help us to know what has changed in partnership relations. Though we cannot say that we have come through “the bottom”, nevertheless market downfall has stopped. To get acquainted with it was the aim of their exhibition visiting. We are pleased to hear that many potential clients were interested in us. Our firm is dealing with candle sales. We are very pleased with this exhibition. We couldn’t even imagine that there will be so many visitors there. We noticed a great interest towards our production. Many companies are interested to bye candles here in Ukraine. We’ve got some distributors, which we hope to work with after the exhibition. We also had negotiations with net buyers, who are interested in our production. Our impressions from the exhibitions are very positive.

And I hope to increase our sales and continue our cooperation with Ukraine. Here we have showed all our assortment, which will be sold well in countries of Eastern Europe. We have also made some marketing research and studied new trends and buyers’ preferences in Ukraine. We were pleased with the place, provided by the Organizers. In the exhibition we communicate with our colleagues and competitors: both suppliers of cleaning equipment and consumers of our new services and products. Now we see that the market started to rise. The exhibition has shown that we have to come to the clients. A client came to us before, now we have to work with him, sell to him not “to ship”, as we did the last years. First of all I would like to thank the organizers for permanently excellent work. All technical and organizing matters were solved in a quick and distinct way. Our work at the exhibition turned out to be quite successful and fruitful. We’ve managed to meet with our partners and clients, to make some transactions. On our stand we’ve demonstrated the equipment for dry cleaners’ and laundry companies, which we present in Ukraine. Among other exhibits there was a machine for dry cleaning Bowe, which operates on carbo-hydrogen solvent. It’s undoubtedly the most innovative equipment in our branch by the moment. Our enterprise is successfully using it. There is a permanent interest towards it from our clients, because having such equipment made possible to considerably widen the assortment of things, which dry cleaners’ successfully manages to clean, to provide more qualitative service. We’ve surprised in a pleasant way to mark a special interest towards shoes repair equipment Hardo, which we present in Ukraine, as well as shoes repair consumption materials.

Strictly speaking the exhibition really became the place for meeting of professionals and gathered professional society. Here in warm and friendly atmosphere people are gathered to discuss serious technological questions. We have just summed up the results of the contest which showed that the companies’ level has started to grow. However there are some mistakes and failures – some companies continue to economize on the staff arrangement. Though it has got moving. I have the best impressions from the exhibition. The seen overcame my expectations.

I am satisfied with the exhibition because there are different visitors here at the moment. We have received contacts with leading restaurants, with representatives of regional hotel nets, with executives of clubs, fitness and sports firms. It was very interesting as it is the only fair where cleaning business is represented to the largest extend. In spite of crisis the exhibition was held and was a success. I think that this success should be increased next year.

I can quite certainly say that this year the exhibition was better than the previous one in any case. There were quite many visitors during all days of the exhibition’s work. The market has got a little revival. Plenty of specialists come to us. They are interested actively in our equipment. I suppose that there will be some practical result. As for the Organizers’ work, I can say that I have no remarks. We had long-term partner and friendly relationships with Primus Company. I can say that we were provided with all conditions for a good standard work. It was very pleasant to see all our partners here. The representatives of new companies also came to us. The enterprises are created, though not in such amount as it was before. Investments are not so huge, as before, but they are present. Everybody, who has survived in a difficult period, looks ahead and thinks about the future.

In respect of work at the exhibition, we liked everything. The Organizers, Primus, have worked without any censures from our side. On a five points’ scale our estimation is 5 points; on a twelve points’ scale it is 12 points. We remained satisfied. But the market situation, and it was evidently shown by the exhibition, unfortunately, is very distant from the desired yet. Any substantial improvement in our industry will come not earlier than the general raise of the economy, proceeding in the volumes of crediting and renewal of building rates. You can judge yourself, if in Europe they credit for 2%, here it is for 25%. And only then, when businessmen see that it is possible to get the real income here, they will be ready to do large investments without which, as you understand, the sales of woodworking equipment are difficult.

It’s for the first time during the history of our long-term collaboration that we don’t have any remarks to the organizers. This exhibition became a large holiday. Everything is well organized. Any technical questions, which arose up in the process of preparation to the exhibition were decided properly and in time. We are very glad to be treated as the good friends. We are cared. The Organizers try to make the exhibition successful. We are satisfied with the exhibition on the whole. Personally I feared the worst. I supposed that the exhibition would be weakly visited. However, there were a lot of specialists of the industry. They knew what they wanted very well and set concrete questions. We have sold three units just at the exhibition. It can’t be considered expository. We had many contacts, new ones by the way. It confirms the fact that new firms appear at the market and just they need our equipment.

We liked the exhibition for sure. The organization was at enough high level. There are no claims against the organizers. The volumes of the exhibition have obviously reduced. I hope that it is that very level, from which we will not go down. Our clients were concerned with the problems. Although we hoped for some revival at heart, but it did not appear yet. As for the visitors, only those, who were interested in the purchase of our equipment, visited us at the exhibition. They were mainly our old clients. Among the novelties there was a drilling machine-tool presented with digital program managing. However, I haven’t noticed a distinct tendency for the revival and renewal of the market development.

The window market of Ukraine was growing very quickly, adding 50-60% annually, but already in 2007 the market growth became less dynamic, and in 2008 the market came to the point of its satiation. The economic situation in the country became the reason of considerable (almost for 50%) falling of the market in 2009, which has resulted the situation, when a number of players were forced to finish their activity. The most effective companies have remained at the market. The market proceeds further along the way of concentration. We would like to wish «Primus Ukraine» company to remain firm, successful and create new ideas!

Owing to this exhibition the prospects of the coming year appeared quite distinctly. And they are mostly encouraging. The main result of the exhibition is that the industry is alive and developing. As to the exhibition, I have no any questions to organizers. All is executed functionally, simply, clearly, well.

The chemistry is a science and the industry of high technologies which is not stay on the same place. Always there is something new, any highlights. We mark interest to our antibacterial coverings. Applying them, the Ukrainian manufacturer will make furniture which is exported to Europe.

For me as for the representative of chemical concern, it was very important to hear experts’ opinion on new products workings out and market problems. Thanks to it we flexibly react to changes of consumers’ inquiries, we develop strategy of the enterprise development; we define products and technologies which it is better to emphasize.

The last congress – is a nice place for experts’ dialogue: technologists and heads of the leading paint and varnish companies. Taking part in it, it is possible to see the general tendencies of paint and varnish industry development.

It was discussed many rather pressing questions on the congress. New horizons of development have been planned.

It is pleasant to notice that in this business there are no indifferent people. They are ready to share the long-term experience and last achievements. On events of such level and subjects technologists not only raise qualification, but also receive stimulus for introduction of innovations and production improvement of quality.
